In other words, I'm not trying to patronise you, I'm just putting everything in lamen's terms, so even if you're not computer savvy, you could probably still do this.
The program I used was Photoshop Elements All image editing software will have the same basic capabilities that I used, but may use different terminology, so if you're having trouble, just ask me and I might be able to help you.
The software I used to make the video was iMovie (not impressed) The music is from the 28 Days Later OST The image I used was a still of Christopher Eccleston as Major Henry West from the 2002 film 28 Days Later.
