LAME is actually the name of the encoder and can be downloaded here http://audacity.sourceforge.net/help/faq?s=install&item=lame-mp3 Also, Audacity can be found here (I wouldn't recommend getting the beta) http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ Also, if you can't see stereo mix or anything in your combo box, please post the exact version of your sound card and what exactly is in your combo box so I can help you more easily
