Gimp using the Path Select tool and then how to add a Paintbrush Stroke to it.
We're then shown how to reduce (shrink) the selection by however many pixels as necessary to create a border for your shape, which we are then going to fill with the Fill Bucket and Paintbrush tools. In this screencast, we use a tattoo design of a flower as an example.
