This section is the first step on the ladder to keeping a successful set of
accounts - providing you with financial information as you require and
helping to ensure that you comply with regulations regarding keeping records. Setting up your customer and supplier sections is fully explained with
demonstrations helping you to keep a record of your sales and amounts
due to you and Purchases and the amounts you owe to your suppliers. Invoicing and Products section will help you keep a record of your stock
items and produce invoices for your customers, which then seamlessly
update your customer ledger balances. The Bank section shows you how to record all of your payments and receipts
allowing you to view up to date information on your bank balances. The nominal ledger shows you where analyse your income and expenses from
the codes you input and how to look at particular records to see breakdowns
and totals. The Back up section shows you how to check and back up yourdata records to
help safeguard your accounts records.
