Creating Translucent Sellotape in Gimp

Here, we're shown how you can use the rectangle select tool, fill tool and fuzzy paintbrush tool to create a cool sellotape effect in Gimp. With this, you can save your sellotape image once you're done, open up another image of say a ripped piece of paper, and then import your sellotape image and edit the opacity of it to make it look as though you've stuck the paper back together with sellotape.
